We know this and we're doing everything we can to not add to it.  Here's how and why. ## 1\. Quality carpets at low prices Firstly, we won't deviate from our desire to offer the best carpets we can, at the lowest prices. If you see someone else selling a carpet we have, cheaper, feel free to challenge us. We're here to be the best and we're always ready to help. ## 2\. Not compromising on our values. We won't sell you the wrong carpet.  We're here to help, above all else. Every tidbit of information we can give you, we will do. All our carpets have in-depth information about every one. Sure, we'll tell you every benefit of a carpet, but we'll also tell you why it might not be suitable for you, or for a specific space. If a carpet is great for stairs, pets or kids, we'll tell you. If it's not, we are happy to tell you why. Sure, we could sell you a luxuriously deep, luxury carpet for every single space in your home. But if it's going to grin (show it's backing) on stairs or wear down in high-traffic areas, we won't advise using it there. Wherever possible, we look for ranges with multiple options in the same shades, so as to offer the best possible carpet for each of your spaces.  If ever you're in doubt, ask us. We'll help. ## 3\. New carpet ranges. We're proud to announce that we've launched a huge number of new collections and carpet ranges. Unfortunately, in the world of flooring, a carpet doesn't stick around forever. Manufacturers change and update all the time, with some old favourites being retired. Free Delivery This is possibly the most important announcement we have.  We've always had issues with logistics, everyone does. In these expensive times with costs rising everywhere (especially in fuel) delivering large and heavy items around the country is costing more and more, every day. Everyone is feeling it. For a time, we had to take 5 metre wide carpets off our website. Why? We couldn't find anyone who would ship them to homes for under £200, because of the extra-long vans required! This is why we're thrilled to announce that we're now able to offer FREE delivery on all our carpets, underlays and laminate flooring.  This has been a lot of working in the making and does come with some conditions. Firstly, not all ranges are free delivery to your home. Anything that's free delivery to your home, shows a 'Free Delivery' tag on the picture and will specify in the Carpet Configurator.  If we can't offer it free to your home, you can still collect it for free from any of our 70+ (and expanding) local collection point. If you're using a local fitter, they likely know exactly where these are and can collect for you, if you give them the collection code. You are also welcome to go in and pick them up yourself. There's a full list of these collection points so you can see where they are relative to you. We'll always deliver to the one closest to you, unless you tell us not to! Carpets that can be delivered to a local collection point, in most circumstances (depending on where you are) can be delivered to your home for £120. We make no money on this. In fact, we lose money. We're always trying to lower our shipping costs as much as possible and are already taking on as much of the cost ourselves as we can to keep it low for you. Previously, we couldn't offer anything to anyone in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, but we promise, we're doing everything we can do offer carpets to all of the UK. One thing we must say. We don't know how long we can offer this 'Free to your home' delivery on these lines.
