1. Can I have a free sample to help me make a decision?

Yes, we offer free samples on our carpets and underlays wherever possible.

Colours and shades of carpets can differ from screen to screen and the lighting in your room is unique to your home. Nobody else has the precise mix of sunlight and artificial light that you do. Even adjacent rooms differ.

Large showrooms often use huge fluorescent lights, which aren't what we have in our homes and totally change the colour profile.

We always recommend ordering our samples to see the colour and quality for yourself, in your own home.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes up to 7 working days.

We always attempt to deliver as fast as we can wherever possible.

You can also ask for us to hold on to your order for up to 30 days, for free. Just let us know before, or after you place your order.

3. Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, our prices do include VAT.

If you require a VAT receipt, please feel free to contact us following your order.

4. Do felt back carpets need an underlay?

No, they do not.

Carpets with felt backing can be laid without underlay, directly on the ground or flooring.

You can of course, use an underlay with a felt back carpet, to increase the lifespan of the carpet, provide additional insulation for temperature control, give a softer and more cushioned feel under-foot and increase sound deadening.

5. How can I place an order?

On every carpet collection's page, there's a Carpet Configurator.

First, choose the colour you've fallen in love with.

If applicable, select the backing option for your carpet and the width of carpet you need.

Now input the length of the carpet you require.

You will instantly get an accurate price for your carpet.

Add to your basket/cart and following the online instructions to input your details and complete your order.
