Your home is unique, no other home is like it. It's impossible to discern how your new carpet, laminate or vinyl will look in place, by checking it out underneath high-powered showroom lights.
We deliver free samples direct to your door. Just select the colour you love and click the 'Free sample' button on the carpet you like. We'll have one in your hands before you can say, "Wow, all this at that price and free delivery too?"

How to order a sample
A short guide to help you order your carpet samples online.
Find your Flooring
Visit our collection pages to find your ideal flooring. Not all have samples available to instantly order online. If you need a sample for one of these, get in touch and we'll send one special order!
Select your shade
Many of our products have Demo Room images, for inspiration. Unfortunately, we can't send these to you!
You'll need to choose a colour before you can order your sample. Our website won't allow you to order anything until you tell us exactly what shade you need.
Look for the Carpet Configurator on every page in order to click through the shades, see their names and decide which ones you want to bring into your home.

There's no need to input sizing or choose a backing when ordering a sample. Leave these fields as they are.
If you see this
You haven't yet chosen your colour. Go back up and select it in the configurator. If you do change pages, your selection may be forgotten, so please check.
Success!
You've chosen your colour. Now you can add to cart by clicking the unlocked button....
Order the sample!
With the 'Order Free Sample' button now available, you can place your order for the shade you like.
It's now in your cart.
You've added it! Well done. Please make sure that the colour name matches what you expect it to. If it's different, remove it and go back to re-add so you're certain.
You can order up to 4 samples in one go on our website. If you would like to order more, simply click on the Carpet Name as shown here, to go back, or go home to search for more carpet ranges and order others!
Time to check out
You're now ready to go to the checkout and place an order. Just fill in your details and send it through to us, then your samples will be on their way!
