Please Note: Due to the extreme 20mm pile height, this range is not recommended for use on stairs, as the depth of the pile can pose a trip hazard and may be difficult to wrap cleanly over nosing.

• Vacuuming Protocol: To keep a 20mm pile looking its best, use a vacuum with adjustable height settings. A high-suction vacuum is essential to pull dust from the base of the 2800g pile, ensuring the carpet remains hygienic and plush.

• The Underlay Choice: Do not skimp here. A carpet this heavy needs a high-density PU underlay (ideally 10mm-11mm) to provide "rebound." This prevents the pile from bottoming out and protects the backing from premature wear.
